Transfiguration Classroom From white rabbits into slippers, and buttons into beetles, Minerva McGonagall has taught Transfiguration since Dumbledore left his post. When McGonagall took up her post as headmistress, Alvin Amado was hired to fill the spot. Often called 'A Mad Do', Amado is a bright, young wizard with loads of talent. Charms Classroom Tiny Professor Filius Flitwick has taught Charms for an unknown number of years. He has to stand on a pile of books to see his pupils, and will often fall off of the stack of books. Defense Against Dark Arts Class Rumors of the Defense Against Dark Arts post being cursed has fallen flat when Romulus Lupin, brother to Remus Lupin who taught Harry his third year, was hired to the post. After surviving the Battle of Hogwarts and witnessing the death of his brother and sister-in-law, Romulus came back to Hogwarts to watch over his nephew. Greenhouses Herbology, which was taught by Professor Sprout during Harry's time, is now taught by Neville Longbottom, a boy who Harry went to school with and is known for being forgetful.
