Jie took the rolled up copy of the Daily Prophet from the owl, paid it, and sat down, flicking it open. Right on the front page, in capital letters, was 'Third Year Student Missing.' Jie scanned the short article but was uninterested. He didn't even bother reading the article about Whelan getting killed. Serves him right, Jie thought. He turned to the next page, saw that Lupin was retiring, and paused to read it. He looked up people sat down around him.
