1. This is a PG-13 rated forum; swearing may be used but not overused.
2. You are permitted one account on the forum; double accounts will result in deletion or banning of all accounts.
3. All characters need to be approved by one of the staff members before you can begin to play; this is usually done within 24 hours.
4. Proper English is required at all times. If you're not using Firefox, it is suggested the you write your posts in Word first. The password is padfootnprongs.
5. Respect each member.
6. Members will be randomly sorted into houses based upon their profiles. The password is chowchowchowder.
7. No powerplaying; wait for each member to reply. Make it so the posts are more than just a 'yes, no' reply. Just kidding, the password is what was first said.
8. As of 09/05/2009, you are limited to a maximum of five characters. Cannon characters such as Hugo Weasley are accepted; no characters from Harry's time will be accepted.
9. Inactive characters (as defined below) will be sent to the Characters Adoption Agency or removed from the game, depending on the current number of registered, active characters. Inactive Character is defined as not being the main character in any post dated within the past month (30 day span).
10. Characters can be killed/'napped, if the person who they are registered to asks the staff members. These will be discussed by the staff. Members may ask for a maximum of two characters per three month span.
11. Mini-modding will not be tolerated. This is where members clearly try to enforce rules. If you see this happening - or see members breaking rules - please take a screen shot (on PC's its the tab that says 'Print Screen') and submit it to a staff member.
