A: Yes, you are allowed to make your own skins and submit them to Deamon for approval. We ask that you have a testing forum to use and give the staff room to look at the skin colors. You may only do the colors and graphics, no extra coding will be needed.
Graphics must include a head image.
On/off images can be submitted, along with anything else (such as the different folders and what not). Feel free to let your imagination run wild... however, the theme must relate back to our game somehow!
